Anna Nikolaevna has been working at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation since 2012 as Director of Departments: for the Protection of Small and Medium-sized Businesses, head of the office of the Public Commissioner for the Protection of Small and Medium-sized Businesses, Entrepreneurship and Services.
Currently, he heads the International Institute of Management of the CCI of the Russian Federation.
Palagina was at various times a member of the Expert Council under the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs, the working groups of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation on the rights of entrepreneurs, advisory bodies on transparency in procurement of Rosneft, Zarubezhneft, Rosatom, Rosseti, Rostelecom, the Commission on Small Business of the Ministry of Economic Development, Rosmolodezh, the Board of the All-Russian Public Organization “Women of Business” as Vice President.
