TO YOUR ATTENTION, THE NOMINEE OF THE INTERNATIONAL AWARD “WOMAN OF THE THIRD MILLENNIUM”-Steksova Tatiana
The third millennium began very successfully for me: working at school as a teacher of Russian language and literature, I became the winner of the city and the winner of the regional (entered the top three) competition “Teacher of the Year 2020”, it was this year at the age of 28 that my managerial career began.
Since 2006, she has been in charge of the children’s home No. 2 “Rainbow”, actively working on the adoption of children. When almost all the pupils were taken into custody or adopted, she opened a kindergarten “Luchiki” in the same building, which she managed from 2009 to 2021. During this time, the institution was recognized three times as the best educational organization of the region in various nominations, teachers showed high results in competitions of various levels, including representing Kuzbass at the All-Russian competition “Educator of the Year of Russia”.
In 2018, she was appointed head of the author’s team for writing the book “100 years in the service of Childhood”, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of preschool education in Kuzbass. In 2020, she took part in the regional competition “Leaders of Change”, according to the results of which she became one of the three strongest leaders of the region.
In 2021, she was appointed (still at the construction stage) head of the modern, interactive kindergarten “Children’s Period Park”, built under the presidential program “Demography”; she took a direct part in the design and design of the institution. Today, the “Children’s Period Park” is a regional innovation platform, which is visited by 190 boys and girls.
