Moscow, November 18–19, 2025 — In November 2025, the historic Cultural Center of the Main Directorate for Servicing the Diplomatic Corps (GlavUp DK) under the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs — the heart of Russian diplomacy — will host a landmark event: the IV International Forum “Woman of the Third Millennium”.
