On July 26, 2023, a meeting of the International Discussion Club “VISION 3000” was held with the support of the Moscow Government (Department of National Policy and Interregional Relations of the City of Moscow, GBU “Moscow House of Nationalities”) at the Moscow House of Nationalities at: Novaya Basmannaya str., 4, p. 1, Moscow.

The agenda of the meeting was devoted to the topic “Cultural dialogue. Interethnic relations”.
The whole history of mankind is a dialogue. Dialogue permeates our whole life. It is in its reality a means of implementing communication links, a condition for mutual understanding of people. The main thing in the development of interethnic relations and humanity as a whole has been and remains the dialogue of cultures. The interaction of cultures and their dialogue is the most favorable basis for the development of interethnic and interethnic relations.
There are more than 200 countries and about 3,000 peoples on Earth with a unique cultural identity, having their own customs, customs, traditions, beliefs. A variety of social ties and relationships arise between them. The interaction of one people with another presupposes the contact and mutual influence of their cultures.
Russia is a multinational country, which means that more than 190 nationalities should coexist and find a common language in it. Issues of interethnic interaction are key to security and unity.
Today, society needs effective measures to increase tolerance and mutual understanding between representatives of different cultures, nationalities, and faiths.
Cooperation between the countries in the field of diplomacy, as a plane of interstate dialogue, is also important.
The meeting was opened by Alfiya Amirova, President of the International Women’s Union, President of the VISIO 3000 International Discussion Club.

- Epifanova Olga – Senator of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Social Democratic Union of Women of Russia. The topic of the speech is “Interethnic dialogue as a factor of the civilizational development of modern Russia”
- Zhamshitova Ayperi – Advisor to the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Russian Federation. The topic of the speech is “Russian-Kyrgyz cultural cooperation based on centuries-old mutually enriching ties between the peoples of the two countries.”
- Abdullah Issa is an Adviser to the Embassy of the State of Palestine in the Russian Federation. The topic of the speech is “The spiritual connection of the Holy Land and Russia”.
- Abdurakhmanov Fathulla – First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The topic of the speech is “History, traditions, tourism potential of Uzbekistan, cultural and humanitarian development!”
- Anatoly Nikitin – Deputy of the Moscow Regional Duma. Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Budget, Financial, Economic Policy, Investment and Entrepreneurship. The topic of the speech is “Socio-economic development is the key to interethnic harmony, and interethnic harmony is the source of investment attractiveness of Russian regions.”
- Dragana Trifkovic, Director of the Center for Geostrategic Studies. Serbia. The topic of the speech is “Development of Serbian-Russian relations through people’s diplomacy”
- Gorislavtseva Inna . Member of the Presidium and head of the Moscow branch of the Social Democratic Union of Women of Russia. Member of the Expert Council of the Patriarchal Commission. Member of the expert council of the SRZP faction in the State Duma. The leader of the socio-political movement “Unification of parents”. - Kruglova Elena is a producer of art projects. Artist. Founder and head of the World of Modern Watercolors community in Moscow. - Tim Trendelkamp is a Representative for academic relations in Russia and Europe at the Shanghai Chunqiu Institute for Development and Strategic Studies; an expert on China at the St. Petersburg Center for Public Diplomacy and World Policy Analysis. The topic of the speech is “Berlin-Moscow-Beijing”.
- Mayorov Sergey , Development Advisor, GDRF Consultant, Ministry of Education. The topic of the presentation is “Traditional family values as the basis of a new cultural code”.
- Asia Biskup – Vice President of the International Women’s Union, Executive Director of the International Discussion Club “VISIO 3000”. The topic of the speech is “Goals, objectives, mission of the International Discussion Club “VISION 3000”.
The event turned out to be lively and informal. During the work of the international discussion club, there was a gathering and exchange of views on a given topic, the development of possible joint initiatives and partnerships. Prospects for further cooperation were outlined at the meeting of the International Discussion Club “VISION 3000”.
