The photo exhibition “The World through the eyes of the wives of Russian Diplomats” will be presented to the guests of the forum at the site of the 3rd International Forum “Woman of the Third Millennium”
The photo exhibition “The World through the eyes of the wives of Russian diplomats” is one of the most important and the largest project of the Community of Wives of Russian diplomats, which is attended by several dozen spouses of Russian diplomats.
The photo exhibition invites visitors to immerse themselves in the natural and cultural diversity of our planet, the versatility of traditions and landscapes of countries around the world, to see them through the eyes of women who have spent a significant part of their lives away from their homeland, accompanying their spouses in their diplomatic work. Each photo tells a unique story, reflecting the personal impressions and feelings of their authors from meeting new countries and cultures.
The exhibition includes a wide range of themes and genres – from breathtaking landscapes and portraits to subtle observations of the daily lives of people in different parts of the world. This diversity highlights the richness and diversity of world culture, as well as demonstrates the unique ability of photography to preserve and convey emotions and moments.
Organized by the Community of Wives of Russian Diplomats, the exhibition serves not only as a demonstration of the art of photography, but also as a bridge between peoples, promoting mutual understanding and strengthening friendly ties between countries and peoples.
The first photo exhibition was held at the Russian Foreign Ministry in 2019 and was timed to coincide with the Day of the Diplomatic Worker. Subsequent exhibitions were held at the Diplomatic Academy, MGIMO, the Federation Council, and the RUDN.Patrice Lumumba (Moscow), the Beit Beirut Museum and City Cultural Center (Lebanon), the Sochi branch of the RUDN.Patrice Lumumba.
