“Our projects, from the international forum “Woman of the Third Millennium” to the photo contest “Mother and Children in national costumes”, need the active participation of young people. Students can not only help in the organization, but also offer their initiatives, gain skills in project work, international communication and leadership. Earlier at the plenary session of the conference, Vyacheslav Manuilov, Deputy head of the DVMS, said that Moscow was building links with foreign cities through universities, forming joint educational and research projects. He recalled that the International Municipal Forum has received the status of a federal annual event since 2026, and its preparation includes the active involvement of students and young professionals.

The participants of the specialized conference “Interuniversity – from local challenges to international solutions” agreed that interuniversity dialogue is a key mechanism for the formation of a new generation of urban management specialists. Representatives of universities, businesses, and public organizations discussed concrete steps to integrate educational institutions into international projects, exchange experiences, and train personnel for the digital economy.

The International Women’s Union, in turn, offered universities systematic cooperation: student internships in the Union’s projects, participation in the organization of international forums and exhibitions, and the implementation of joint social and cultural initiatives. Alfiya Amirova expressed confidence that this approach will help young people adapt to real-world challenges faster and strengthen the link between education, society and business.
